RebeKemi Food Bank Initiative, an outreach of RebeKemi Cancer Trust, supported families in Makoko, Lagos, a resilient lagoon‑side community with deep fishing roots, on the 18th April 2026.

We prepared and distributed fifty bags of non‑perishable staples to selected households. It may be a drop in the ocean, but the impact and gratitude were unmistakable.

This is a beginning. RebeKemi Cancer Trust will return with targeted cancer‑awareness and screening support for Makoko’s women and families.
